YOUR RESERVATION

Your reservation will be confirmed to you upon receipt of payment. This payment must be made by credit card on our website through our secure payment system. Upon receipt of payment, we will send you an email detailing your reservation, property address, contact details, balance, and all arrival and departure instructions.

PAYMENT

Payment must be made by credit card through our own website or that of one of our partners.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation or modification request must be made by email. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted.

Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the arrival date.

No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival date.

Any change of dates or rooms will be considered a new reservation and will be subject to standard cancellation procedures.

If, after receiving the confirmation email, Bordeaux Saint Michel is unable to offer the client the accommodation that has been booked, or a property with similar or better characteristics, the client will then be reimbursed according to the following conditions:

• Refund of the full payment before your arrival

• Refund of the amount corresponding to the unused days of your reservation

YOUR ARRIVAL

Please note that entry is possible from 2 p.m. If you wish to enter the premises earlier, we will try, as far as possible, to respond positively to this request.

YOUR DEPARTURE

You must vacate the property no later than 11 am.

Please note that an exit after 11:00 without prior authorization will be charged 80 euros.

HOUSEHOLD CHORES

The property will have been cleaned prior to your arrival and the beds will have been made.

When you leave the apartment must be left in good condition, with the dishes done. Otherwise an additional cleaning fee of 50 euros may be charged.

NUMBER AND IDENTITY OF TENANTS

The tenant must inform Bordeaux Saint Michel of the number of people concerned by the reservation.

Only the people indicated in the same reservation will be able to enter the property, unless validated by Bordeaux Saint Michel. The number of people associated with this reservation must not exceed the number provided for in the reservation, except in the case of infants under the age of four.

Pets are not allowed. If the customer does not comply with one of these conditions, Bordeaux Saint Michel reserves the right to ask the customer to leave the property without the tenant being able to request any form of compensation.

RULES OF CONDUCT IN THE PROPERTY

Customers must respect the neighborhood. Music and parties are strictly prohibited. During their stay, we ask tenants to limit noise, especially between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m. In the event of a complaint from the neighborhood, Bordeaux Saint Michel reserves the right to ask the tenant to leave the premises immediately, whatever the hour, day or night.

By accepting these conditions the tenant accepts all the conditions, in particular to behave in a responsible and correct manner. In the event of disrespectful and incorrect behavior, Bordeaux Saint Michel reserves the right to ask tenants to vacate the property. In this exceptional case, the customer will lose all payments made.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Bordeaux Saint Michel cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused to people and property as a consequence of use by the tenant. This includes in particular damage, loss due to fire, theft.

In the event that the customer wishes to entrust his luggage to Bordeaux Saint Michel as part of a delayed departure or arrival, Bordeaux Saint Michel cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage. The sole responsibility lies with the customer.
