What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served in a basket that we leave at your door and that you can collect at your convenience. We deliver it at 8:30 a.m., but it can be available from 7:30 a.m. on weekdays upon request. For guests who would like to have breakfast earlier, it can be delivered the evening before.
Where can we park?
Parking is free in the streets at night between 7 p.m. and 9 a.m. on the marked locations as well as on Sundays and public holidays. The rest of the time it is limited to 4 hours and quite expensive.There are public car parks which are cheaper for longer periods. That of Salinières which is the closest is 3 min walk https://parclick.fr/parking-bordeaux/salinières
How to come from the train station or the airport?
From Saint Jean train station:12 min on foot or by tram Line C or D, get off at the Saint Michel stop From the airport, you can take Tram line A (40 mins trip) and get off at Porte de Bourgogne stop that is a 6 min walk from home. Are sheets and towels provided?
Yes everything is provided
At what time can we arrive / leave?
The studios are available from 2 p.m. and check-out is possible until 11 a.m. Our optional luggage storage is available before or after these times. Independent or late arrivals are possible thanks to a code system and we live on site in case of difficulties.
What is the price per night?

How many beds are available? What about children?
Each of the 4 studios has a double bed on the mezzanine measuring 160 x 200 which is not suitable for people with reduced mobility and seniors. The red and white studios also have a convertible sofa that can accommodate 1 additional person in the red (i.e. 3 adults max) and 2 people in the white (4 adults max) Children 8 years and older are welcome and are considered adults. None of our studios are suitable for children under 8 years old.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our studios.
Is wifi available?
Yes, free high-speed wifi is available in all studios.
Is smoking allowed in the studios?
No, all our studios are non-smoking.
Can we drop off luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, optional luggage storage is available on the ground floor, subject to availability (Cabin space 5 €/day, Hold space 7 €/day). It can be booked and paid for online here: Book luggage storage. On the reserved day, the door opens by scanning the QR code on the storage door and then entering the opening code received after payment, at any time.

What equipment is available in the kitchen?
Each studio has a fully equipped kitchenette: cooking hobs, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and complete tableware. Everything you need to feel at home!
Is the mezzanine bed suitable for everyone?
The queen-size double bed (160x200) is located on a mezzanine, accessible by a small ladder. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, seniors, or children under 8 years old.
