Yes. The B&B is in the heart of the Saint Michel district, in central Bordeaux. The Saint-Michel spire is a 5-minute walk away, the Capucins market a 7-minute walk. The banks of the Garonne are 150 metres away, a two-minute walk. Most visits to the historic centre can be done on foot from the house.

Breakfast is included. We leave it in a basket at your door. You enjoy it in your own studio, with no set time and in complete privacy. Our guests rate it Fabulous, 9/10. We deliver it at 8:30 a.m., but it can be available from 7:30 a.m. on weekdays upon request. For guests who would like to have breakfast earlier, it can be delivered the evening before.

Parking is free in the streets at night between 7 p.m. and 9 a.m. on the marked locations as well as on Sundays and public holidays. The rest of the time it is limited to 4 hours and quite expensive.There are public car parks which are cheaper for longer periods. From Saint Jean train station:15 min on foot or by tram Line C or D, get off at the Saint Michel stop From the airport, you can take Tram line A (40 mins trip) and get off at Porte de Bourgogne stop that is a 6 min walk from home. Tram line F connects the airport directly to the Saint-Michel stop, with no change needed. From the stop, it's about a 4-minute walk to the B&B.

Yes everything is provided

The studios are available from 2 p.m. and check-out is possible until 11 a.m. It is possible to drop off/leave luggage before or after these times if you ask us. Independent or late arrivals are possible thanks to a code system and we live on site in case of difficulties.

Each of the 4 studios has a double bed on the mezzanine measuring 160 x 200 which is not suitable for people with reduced mobility and seniors. The red and white studios also have a convertible sofa that can accommodate 1 additional person in the red (i.e. 3 adults max) and 2 people in the white (4 adults max) Children 8 years and older are welcome and are considered adults. None of our studios are suitable for children under 8 years old.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our studios.

Yes, free high-speed wifi is available in all studios.

No, all our studios are non-smoking.

Yes, an optional luggage storage room is available on the ground floor, subject to availability (Cabin space 5 €/day, Hold space 7 €/day). You can book and pay online here: Book luggage storage. On the day of your booking, you open the door by scanning the QR code, then entering the opening code you receive after payment — at any time.

Each studio has a fully equipped kitchenette: cooking hobs, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and complete tableware. Everything you need to feel at home!

In each of the four studios, the queen size bed (160 x 200) is on a mezzanine, reached by a steep ladder. Our guests enjoy that cocoon feeling, and the space it gives back to the living area: it is part of the studios' charm. We must stress this point, however: the studios are not suitable for seniors, for people with reduced mobility, or for children under eight.
